Abstract
In this article, we work the concept of civil military relations Alfred Stepan from the political transition to democracy in Brazil, after 21 years in force during the military dictatorship in Brazil (1964-1985). Through a documentary of the final report analyzing the National Truth Commission seek to understand how agreements between civil and military members occurred in 1985 during the political transition influenced the current political and social situation of the country in order to limit and obscure the gains brought by this Commission. From this material, the main objective of this article was to analyze how the configuration of military civil relations during the work of CNV is directly related to the permanence of the dictatorial legacy in our current democracy.Neste artigo trabalhamos o conceito de relações civis militares de Alfred Stepan a partir da transição política para a democracia no Brasil, após vigorar durante 21 anos o regime ditatorial militar no país (1964-1985). Através de uma análise documental do relatório final da Comissão Nacional da Verdade buscamos compreender como os acordos entre membros civis e militares ocorridos em 1985 durante a transição política influenciaram a atual conjuntura política e social do país de forma a limitar e obscurecer os ganhos trazidos por esta Comissão. A partir deste material, o principal objetivo deste artigo foi analisar a forma como a configuração das relações civis militares durante os trabalhos da CNV está diretamente relacionada à permanência do legado ditatorial em nossa democracia recente
