       داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ ﮐﺮﻣﺎن  داﻧﺸﮑﺪه ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎری و ﻣﺎﻣﺎﯾﯽ رازی   ﭘﺎﯾﺎن ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﻘﻄﻊ ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ارﺷﺪ رﺷﺘﻪ ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎری  رﺷﺘﻪ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ  :ﻋﻨﻮانﻣﺮاﺟﻌﻪ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﺑﻪ  VIHهﺎی ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺧﺸﻢ ﺑﺮ ﺧﺸﻢ اﻓﺮاد ﻣﺒﺘﻼ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ ﺑﺨﺸﯽ آﻣﻮزش ﻣﻬﺎرت ٧٩٣١ﻣﺮﮐﺰ ﻣﺸﺎوره ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﯾﻬﺎی رﻓﺘﺎری ﻣﺮﺟﻊ واﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﺑﻪ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ ﮐﺮﻣﺎن در ﺳﺎل   ﺗﻮﺳﻂ  ﻣﻬﺮی ﻟﻄﻔﻌﻠﯽ زاده   راهﻨﻤﺎاﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ   ﺳﮑﯿﻨﻪ ﻣﯿﺮی /دﮐﺘﺮ ﺟﻤﯿﻠﻪ ﻓﺮخ زادﯾﺎن   اﺳﺘﺎد ﻣﺸﺎور  ﮔﻠﻨﺎز ﻓﺮوغ ﻋﺎﻣﺮی (٨٩) ﺷﻬﺮﯾﻮر ﺳﺎل ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ:)   (                                        :ﺷﻤﺎره ﭘﺎﯾﺎن ﻧﺎﻣﻪ      ﮐﯿﺪه ﺷﺎﯾﻊ اﺳـﺖ. اﯾـﻦ  VIHاﺿﻄﺮاب، اﻓﺴﺮدﮔﯽ، ﺧﺸﻢ و ﻋﺪم ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﯾﯽ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺧﺸﻢ در اﻓﺮاد ﻣﺒﺘﻼ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻘﺪﻣﻪ و اهﺪاف: ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮر ﻣﻮﺛﺮی ﺑﺮای ﮔﺴﺘﺮش ﺑﯿﻤﺎری اﯾﺪز و ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺘـًﺎ  ،ﺗﻮاﻧﺪﻣﯽ ﮔﺬارد وﻣﻮارد ﺑﺮ ﭘﺬﯾﺮش و ﭘﯿﺮوی آﻧﺎن از درﻣﺎن ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﯽاﯾـﻦ اﻓـﺮاد را  ،ﺗﻮاﻧﺪﻣﯽ VIHهﺎی ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ و ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﺧﺸﻢ در اﻓﺮاد ﻣﺒﺘﻼ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻬﺪﯾﺪ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ارﺗﻘﺎء ﻣﻬﺎرتهﺎی زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﯾﺎری ﮐﻨﺪ ﺗﺎ در ﺑﺮﻗﺮاری راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺳﺎﯾﺮ اﻓﺮاد و در ﻧﻬﺎﯾـﺖ در هﺎ و ﻣﻮﻗﻌﯿﺖﺑﺮای ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻠﻪ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺟﻬﺖ ﮐﺸﻤﮑﺶﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﺳﺎزﮔﺎراﻧﻪ ﻋﻤﻞ ﻧﻤﺎﯾﻨﺪ. اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﺎ هﺪف ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ ﺑﺨﺸﯽ آﻣـﻮزش ﻣـﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺧﺸـﻢ، ﺑـﺮ ﺧﺸـﻢ در   اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. VIHاﻓﺮاد ﻣﺒﺘﻼ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻔـﺮ از اﻓـﺮاد ﻣﺒـﺘﻼ ﺑـﻪ  ٣٧١ﺎزی ﺷﺪه ﺑـﻮد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌـﻪ ﭘـﮋوهﺶ را ﺳﺑﺎﻟﯿﻨﯽ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ  ﭘﮋوهﺶ ﯾﮏ ﮐﺎرآزﻣﺎﯾﯽاﯾﻦ  :ﻬﺎروﺷهﺎی رﻓﺘﺎری ﻣﺮﺟـﻊ واﺑﺴـﺘﻪ ﺑـﻪ داﻧﺸـﮕﺎه ﻋﻠـﻮم ﭘﺰﺷـﮑﯽ ﮐﺮﻣـﺎن ﮐﻪ دارای ﭘﺮوﻧﺪه ﻓﻌﺎل در ﻣﺮﮐﺰ ﻣﺸﺎوره ﺑﯿﻤﺎری VIHﻧﻔـﺮه ﻣﺪاﺧﻠـﻪ  ٠٣ﻧﻔﺮ از اﻓﺮاد ﻣﺮاﺟﻌﻪ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﻪ دو ﮔﺮوه  ٠۶ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ، ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ دادﻧﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺧﺸ ــﻢ  و آوری داده ه ــﺎ از دو ﭘﺮﺳﺸ ــﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺸﺨﺼ ــﺎت ﺟﻤﻌﯿ ــﺖ ﺷ ــﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽو ﮐﻨﺘ ــﺮل ﺗﻘﺴ ــﯿﻢ ﺷ ــﺪﻧﺪ. ﺟﻬ ــﺖ ﺟﻤ ــﻊهﺎی ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺧﺸﻢ ﺑﻄـﻮر هـﻢ زﻣـﺎن در ﻗﺒﻞ و ﯾﮏ ﻣﺎه ﺑﻌﺪ از اﺟﺮای ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ آﻣﻮزش ﻣﻬﺎرت (2-IXTS) regrebleipS  .ی اﺟﺮا ﮔﺮدﯾﺪادﻗﯿﻘﻪ ٠٩ﺗﺎ  ۵٧هﺮ دو ﮔﺮوه اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻣﺤﺘﻮای آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺧﺸﻢ ﻃﯽ ﭼﻬﺎر ﺟﻠﺴﻪ ( ﻧﺴـﺒﺖ ﺑـﻪ ٣٥١/٧٠±٩/٥٣آزﻣﻮن ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻧﻤﺮه ﺧﺸﻢ در ﮔﺮوه ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ )در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﭘﯿﺶ ،ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد هﺎ:ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ دار ﻧﺒـﻮد.( ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﺑﻮد، اﻣﺎ اﯾﻦ اﺧﺘﻼف از ﻧﻈﺮ آﻣﺎری ﻣﻌﻨﯽ٧٤١/٦٤± ١١/٦٨ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻧﻤﺮه ﺧﺸﻢ در ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل )ﺧﺸـﻢ در  ( ﻧﺴـﺒﺖ ﺑـﻪ ﻣﯿـﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﮐﻠـﯽ٩٠١/٠٨± ٥/٤١ﻣﺪاﺧﻠـﻪ ) آزﻣﻮن ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﮐﻠﯽ ﺧﺸﻢ در ﮔﺮوهدر ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﭘﺲرﯾ ــﺰی و (. هﻤﭽﻨــﯿﻦ درونt= -٩١/۵و  P=٠/١٠داﺷــﺖ )داری ﻣﻌﻨــﯽ( ﮐــﺎهﺶ ٠٤١/ ٤٢±٥/٠٧ﮔــﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘــﺮل )درون در ﮔـﺮوه ﻣﺪاﺧﻠـﻪ اﻓـﺰاﯾﺶ ﻃـﺮف ﺑﯿـﺮون و ﮐﻨﺘـﺮل ﺧﺸـﻢ ﺑـﻪ ﻃﺮف رﯾﺰی ﺧﺸﻢ ﮐﺎهﺶ و ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﺧﺸﻢ ﺑﻪ ﺑﯿﺮون  داری ﭘﯿﺪا ﮐﺮد.ﻣﻌﻨﯽ    و ﺚﺤﺑﯿﺘﻧﻪﺠ:یﺮﯿﮔ داد نﺎﺸﻧ ﺮﺿﺎﺣ ﻪﻌﻟﺎﻄﻣ، ترﺎﻬﻣ شزﻮﻣآ ﻪﺑ ﻼﺘﺒﻣ داﺮﻓا ﻢﺸﺧ ﺮﺑ ﻢﺸﺧ ﺖﯾﺮﯾﺪﻣ یﺎهHIV  ﺮﯿﺛﺄـﺗﯽﻨﻌﻣﯽﻣ دﺎﻬﻨﺸﯿﭘ اﺬﻟ .ﺖﺷاد یراددﻮﺷ،  ﻪـﺑ ﻼﺘـﺒﻣ داﺮـﻓا ﻪﺑ ﮏﻤﮐ ﺖﻬﺟHIV  ،ﻢـﺸﺧ لﺮـﺘﻨﮐ و ﺖﯾﺮﯾﺪـﻣ ﺖـﻬﺟ ردﻪﻌﻣﺎﺟ نارﺎﺘﺳﺮﭘ ﻂﺳﻮﺗ مزﻻ شزﻮﻣآ.دﻮﺷ هداد ﻦﯾروﺎﺸﻣ و ﺮﮕﻧ  یﺪﯿﻠﮐ تﺎﻤﻠﮐ: ﻢﺸﺧ لﺮﺘﻨﮐ ،ﻢﺸﺧ ﺖﯾﺮﯾﺪﻣ ،ﯽﻨﻤﯾا ﻢﺘﺴﯿﺳ ﺺﻘﻧ سوﺮﯾو ،زﺪﯾا   Abstract Introduction & Objectives: Anxiety, depression, anger, and inability to manage anger are common in people with HIV. They affect the treatment acceptance and follow-up in the people with HIV and can be effective factors in the spread of AIDS and, ultimately, a threat to the health of the community. Improving the skills for the anger management and control in the people with HIV can help them effectively cope with conflicts and situations of life. Therefore they can positively and adaptively act in the society as well as make a relationship with others. This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of anger management training on anger in people with HIV. Methods: This study was a randomized clinical trial. The study population consisted of 173 HIV people with active records at the counseling center for behavioral diseases affiliated to Kerman University of Medical Sciences. In this study, 60 individuals were randomly divided into two groups of intervention and control (30 in each group). Two questionnaires of demographic characteristics, and Spielberger anger (STXI-2) were used simultaneously in both groups before and one month after the training program of anger management skills to collect data. Anger management training content was performed in four sessions for 75-90 minutes.     Finding: The results showed that the mean score of anger in the intervention group (153.07 ± 9.35) in the pre-test was higher than that in the control group (147.46 ± 11.86), but this difference was not significant and both groups were moderate. In the post-test, the mean anger score in the intervention group (109.80 ± 5.14) was significantly lower than that in the control group (140.24 ± 5.70) (P=0.01 and t=-19.5). Also, anger suppression and anger expression decreased, and control of anger expression as well as control of anger suppression increased significantly in the intervention group. Discussion and Conclusion: The present study showed that training anger management skills had a significant effect on anger of people with HIV. Therefore, it is recommended that essential training be provided for community nurses and counselors to help people with HIV manage and control their anger.
