Not less than one (1) hour of informal lobbying shall 19 occur after each night of Formal Lobbying.” 20  21 Therefore, Let It Be Resolved, that Article 6, Section 9, Subsection 9.11 be amended to 22 read: 23  24 “9.11 Informal Lobbying.
