The Associated Students of The University of Montana 1 Resolution Amending Bylaws 2 May 8, 2013 3 SB99-12/13 4 Authored by: Sean Schilke, ASUM Senator 5 Sponsored by: Nicole Watkins, ASUM Senator 6  7 Whereas, The Associated Students of The University of Montana (ASUM) have a vested 8 interest in timely action; 9  10 Whereas, ASUM should update its by-laws and policies to suit a changing organization; 11  12 Therefore, Let It Be Resolved, that a subsection shall be added Article IV, Section 1, 13 Subsection J of ASUM Bylaws which shall state:  14  15 J.
