PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA BERBASIS KOOPERATIF TIPE GROUP INVESTIGATION DENGAN SCIENTIFIC APROACH

Abstract

This research is a development research modified from the theory of 4-D model development by Thiagarajan, Semmel, and Semmel (1974). The stages taken are (a) Defining, (b) Designing, (c) Development, and (d) Dissemination. The trial was conducted on students of Class XI SMA Kartika Makassar in the academic year 2017/2018. The results obtained from the trial, namely the mathematical learning tool based on cooperative type group investigation with a scientific approach is practical and effective, this can be seen from: (1) the average score obtained by students on the learning outcomes test has fulfilled the individual completeness that shows classical completeness is achieved, (2) cooperative mathematics learning type of group investigation with a scientific approach makes students more active in the learning process, (3) the level of teacher ability to manage cooperative learning based on group investigation with a scientific approach included in the high category, meaning that the teacher's appearance can be maintained, (4) the average student gives a positive response to the learning device used
