Measurements are made on data collected at a centre-of-mass energy of 7 TeV using the ATLAS detector at the LHC. Jets from non-collision sources for the inclusive jet cross-section are evaluated for jet transverse momentum values from 20 GeV to 1.5 TeV and for rapidity values up to |y| < 4.4. Measurements are made using anti-kT jets with the distance parameters R = 0.4 and R = 0.6, corresponding to 37 pb−1 of data. Analysis of the sub-structure of QCD jets at high transverse momentum is performed using anti-kT R = 1.0 and Cambridge-Aachen R = 1.2, using 35 pb−1 of data.
