Abstract

This paper presents the results of the research conducted at the Research and Development Station of Viticulture and Winemaking Murfatlar, during 2007 - 2009, on two vine varieties established in the area, the Columna variety and Cabernet Sauvignon variety. In addition to production results, studies and analysis have been conducted on its quality, specifically the influence of the irrigation regime and technology elements on the concentration of sugars in grapes
