Patients infected with the 2 genotype -Sofosbuvir and RiЬачiriп in standard dosages. Theduration of the regimens was 12 weeks for mostpatients in the group, in patients with advanced fibrosisand liчеr cirrhosis the сочrsе of treatment wasextended to 16 weeks. Patients with HBV co-infectionwеrе excluded from the group, co-infection of HlV /HCV occurred in 2 patients. "Statistica" 10,0 was used,The data are presented in Ме (Q25; Q75).Results: Among the patients there wеrе 39 (56,5%)Women and 30 (43.5%) men. The age of the patientswas 48 (з5, 57) years. The duration of observation forHCV infection in patients of group was 1 (3-8) уеаr, Theexperience of disease mоrе than 10 years wasestablished iп t2 (l7,4%). According to genotypes ofHcv, the patients wеrе distributed as follows: thegenotype 1 of HCV was in 48 (69.6%), the genotype 2 -in 10 (14.5%), genotype 3 - in 9 (13.О%); lп 2 cases, аmixed infection of 1 and 2 genotype was established,The viral load of the HcV рriоr to initiation of thеrаруwas 610 29S,O (300 500.0; 3 972 015) lU/ml. A|AT was64 (З9.6, 115.0) U/L, AsAT - 67.2 0а; З75) U/L,Advanced fibrosis (3-4 stages Ьу Metavir), including'liчеr cirrhosis of class А, was in 5 patients.45Рrеlimiпаrу therapy with interferon alpha incombination with riЬачiriп was реrfоrmеd in З0 (43,5%)patientS,Comorbidity оссчrrеd in mоrе than 50% of patients, Atthe same time, 5 patients had malignant tumors ofdifferent localization, including 1 case of hepatocellularсаrсiпоmа (НСС).All patients in the group achieved а virological rеsропsе(VR) proven Ьу negative result of HcV RNA in serumdetection оп end of thеrару. None of the patientsindicated significant side effects. Late relapse of Hcv-infection was fixed in 3 patients (4,з%|, so sustainedvirologicaI rеsропsе at 24 weeks (SVR24) wasdocumented iП95,7Yо CaSes.
