Abstract
Internet stvari (IoT) je brzo rastuća mreža različitih „povezanih stvari“. Korištenje Interneta stvari u području obrazovanja omogućuje promjene i donosi razne mogućnosti za poboljšanje procesa učenja i infrastrukture u obrazovnim institucijama. Ovaj diplomski rad sastoji se od dva dijela. Prvi dio rada istražuje teoretske osnove Interneta stvari, način rada Interneta stvari, korisnost i mogućnosti primjene Interneta stvari u obrazovanju te izazovi i utjecaji Interneta stvari u budućem obrazovanju. Drugi dio je praktični dio te se sastoji od istraživanja provedenom na učiteljima i učiteljicama razredne nastave u Republici Hrvatskoj. Svrha istraživanja bila je provjeriti zastupljenost Interneta stvari u razrednoj nastavi u Republici Hrvatskoj. Rezultati pokazuju kako polovica ispitanika od ukupno 75, njih 38 (50,7 %) koriste IoT tehnologiju i uređaje u nastavi, dok istovremeno većina ispitanika procjenjuje kako nisu stekli dovoljno znanja za korištenje IoT tehnologije i uređaja u nastavi (93,3 %).Internet of things (IoT) is a fast-growing network of different „connected things“. The use of Internet of Things in the field of education allows change and brings various opportunities for improving the learning process and infrastructure in educational institutions. This graduate thesis consists of two parts. The first part of the paper explores the theoretical basis of Internet of Things, the principles how Internet of Things works, the usefulness and possibilities of Internet of Things application in education, and the challenges and impacts of Internet of Things in future education. The second part is a practical part of the research conducted on students and teachers of primary school education in the Republic of Croatia. The purpose of the research was to check the representation of Internet of Things in primary school education in the Republic of Croatia. The results show that half of the respondents, 38 out of 75 (50,7%), use Internet of Things devices and technology in education, while simultaneusly most of the respondents estimate that they have not gained enough knowledge how to use Internet of Things devices and technology in education (93,3%)
