Abstract
Vitamini su organski spojevi raznovrsne strukture i kemijskih osobina, koji se u hrani nalaze u malim količinama, a neophodni su za normalno funkcioniranje ljudskog organizma.Većina vitamina ne može biti proizvedena ili sintetizirana u našem organizmu stoga ih moramo redovito unositi u organizam. U ovom diplomskom radu opisana je podjela vitamina te funkcija i utjecaj svakoga na zdravlje. Kroz provedeno istraživanje među djecom mlađe školske dobi dobili smo uvid u njihove prehrambene navike i vitamine koje unose. U istraživanju je sudjelovalo 70 učenika koji su imali zadatak ispuniti anketu od 9 pitanja. Istraživanje je pokazalo da djeca jedu raznoliko i da se u većem omjeru zdravo hrane i unose dovoljno vitamina u svoj organizam.Vitamins are organic compounds composed of various structures and chemical properties. Vitamins exist in nature in very small amounts. They are necessary for normal function of the body. Most vitamins can not be produced or synthesized in our body so we need to take them regularly. The division of vitamins, their function and effect on health are described in this thesis. Through the research that was conducted among the children ih the early school age, we gotthe insight in their food habits and the vitamins they take in.70 pupils whose task was to fill in the poll that consisted of 9 questions participated in the research.It had shown that the children are eating a wide variety of foods. Moreover, they are mostly taking healthy food and introducing enough vitamins into their organism
