Abstract
Svakom su dječjem vrtiću potrebni stručni suradnici. Oni prate psihofizički razvoj djece, utvrđuju jezično – govorne poteškoće, izrađuju individualne planove te surađuju s roditeljima i odgojiteljima. Na početku rada je upravo i predstavljena važnost svakog člana stručnog tima kao i njegove zadaće koje bi trebao obavljati u dječjem vrtiću. Osim toga, naved je i popis dječjih vrtića po županijama u kojima rade stručni suradnici (pedagog, psiholog, logoped, rehabilitator, zdravstveni savjetnik). Na kraju rada prikazano je provedeno istraživanje koje se odnosilo na zastupljenost stručnih timova u pojedinim dječjim vrtićima te kako odgojitelji mogu doprinijeti radu stručnog tima.Every kindergarten needs professional associates. They monitor the psychophysical development of children, identify language and speech difficulties, make individual plans, and work with parents and educators. The paper shows the importance of each member of the professional team and the tasks that he or she should perform in kindergarten. There is also a list of kindergartens by county in which professional associates work (pedagogue, psychologist, speech therapist, defectologist, health care worker). Furthermore, the paper presents a conducted survey referring to the representation of professional teams in individual kindergartens and how educators can contribute to the work of the professional team
