World Food Day - 16th of October

Abstract

Tema ovog završnog rada je Svjetski dan hrane koji se održava 16. listopada početka osamdesetih godina prošlog stoljeća. Zbog velikih klimatskih promjena i sve većeg broja stanovnika na Zemlji problem gladi je izraženiji nego ikad prije. Upravo su zbog toga Ujedinjeni narodi odlučili svake godine obilježavati Svjetski dan hrane kako bi skrenuli pozornost cijelog svijeta na ovaj problem. Danas u obilježavanju ovog dana sudjeluje preko 150 zemalja diljem svijeta, koje putem raznih manifestacija, seminara, konferencija žele potaknuti rješavanje gladi u svijetu.The theme of this final working council is World Food Day, which takes place on October 16, early 1980s.
