Abstract
研究了MgCl2·6H2O在离子液体中的溶解及脱水性能,结果表明,以Cl-为阴离子的离子液体对MgCl2·6H2O(包括无水MgCl2)的溶解性良好(溶解度20%~70%),溶于离子液体的MgCl2·6H2O经鼓风干燥或真空脱水后水分含量低于1×10-4(ω),满足熔盐电解镁的要求.在此基础上,还研究了MgCl2-离子液体电解体系中阴极镁电沉积规律,通过循环伏安测试结合SEM-EDS分析手段考察了不同离子液体体系(包括二烷基咪唑离子液体、三烷基咪唑离子液体及季铵盐离子液体)的阴极极限、镁的沉积电位及可逆性,结果表明,金属镁可从MgCl2-离子液体电解体系沉积出来,但离子液体的阴极极限与镁离子的沉积电位较接近,且电沉积可逆性较差
