Abstract
在钒钨钛/堇青石基烟气脱硝催化陶瓷滤芯复合工艺和催化剂浆液配方优化的基础上,考察了浆液固含量、催化剂担载量与应用性能的关联性.结果表明,以堇青石陶瓷膜滤芯为载体,在固含量为10%(w)的偏钒酸铵、偏钨酸铵和偏钛酸的均匀浆液(质量比V2O5/TiO2=0.1,WO3/TiO2=0.08)中进行真空涂覆,经烘干、焙烧后可制成催化剂担载量为4.2%(w)的V2O5-WO3/TiO2基催化陶瓷滤芯.在标准工况过滤速度1cm/s、温度250-350℃及NH3/NO体积比为1的条件下,该催化陶瓷滤芯具有稳定的抗硫抗水中毒能力,其脱硝转化率大于95%,N2O排放值低于25×10^-6(φ),压降不超过650Pa,达到了脱硝除尘工业应用要求
