La investigación que lleva por título “Propuesta de gestión de cobranza para el mejoramiento de recaudación del impuesto predial en la Municipalidad de San Juan de Lurigancho, 2017”, ha contemplado como objetivo proponer una gestión de cobranza para mejorar la recaudación del impuesto predial en la Municipalidad de San Juan de Lurigancho, 2017.
La investigación fue de diseño no experimental y de enfoque cualitativo. Se consideró como población y muestra a la Municipalidad de San Juan de Lurigancho.
Se concluyó con una propuesta de gestión de cobranza para mejorar la recaudación del impuesto predial en la Municipalidad de San Juan de Lurigancho que incluyó las siguientes alternativas de solución: Enviar una cartilla informativa indicándole al contribuyente las características de su deuda: el monto a pagar, fecha de pago y con cuantos días de atraso se encuentra, remitiendo esta información por correo electrónico adjuntando una carta virtual con fecha límite de pago o en atraso a fin de cancelar la deuda vigente; cumpliendo con lo social; llamadas telefónicas que se realiza con una semana de anticipación haciendo un recordatorio para que el contribuyente honre su deuda y en caso el titular se encuentre en la cartera de morosidad se le invita a regularizar lo pendiente a objeto estar al día en sus obligaciones con la municipalidad; para concluir, se efectúa la visita personal, que consiste en enviar a la vivienda del contribuyente a la persona encargada y capacitada para tal efecto, quien acordará la fecha de pago, brindando asesoría sobre la importancia que tiene el pago de los impuestos (predios y arbitrios) y evitar llegar a la cobranza coactiva.The research entitled "Proposed collection management for the improvement of property tax collection in the Municipality of San Juan de Lurigancho, 2017", has contemplated as an objective to propose a collection management to improve the collection of property taxes in the Municipality of San Juan de Lurigancho, 2017.

It was concluded with a collection management proposal to improve the collection of property taxes in the Municipality of San Juan de Lurigancho that included the following solution alternatives: Send an informative booklet indicating to the taxpayer the amount to pay, date of payment and, with how many days late you are, sending this information by e-mail attaching a virtual letter with payment deadline or in arrears in order to cancel the current debt; phone calls made a week in advance making a reminder so that the taxpayer does not fall behind and if the owner is in the portfolio of delinquency is called to invite him to pay and be up to date on their obligations to the municipality ; to conclude the personal visit is made, which is to send the taxpayer's home to a person in charge and trained to be able to agree on the payment date and provide advice on the importance of paying taxes (land and excise taxes) and avoid make a coercive collectionTrabajo de investigació
