   داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ  و ﺧﺪﻣﺎت ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺘﯽ درﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﮐﺮﻣﺎن  ﻣﺮﮐﺰ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت و ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ  رﺷﺘﻪ آﻣﻮزش ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ  ﭘﺎﯾﺎن ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﻘﻄﻊ ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ارﺷﺪ  ﻋﻨـﻮانداﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ﻣﺠﺎزی ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ  ﮔﺎهاز دﯾﺪ  ﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮی ﺧﻮدراهﺒﺮﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﭘﯿﺎﻣﺪهﺎ و ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺗﺴﻬﯿﻞهﺎ در ﺳﺎل و ارﺗﺒﺎط آن ﺑﺎ ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ آن ﺷﻬﺮ ﺗﻬﺮانﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ هﺎی ارﺷﺪ آﻣﻮزش ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ٧٩٣١-  ٨٩    ﺗﻮﺳﻂ  ﻣﻌﺼﻮﻣﻪ ﺻﻔﯽ ﺧﺎﻧﯽ    اﺳﺘـﺎدان راهﻨـﻤﺎ  ﻧﻮﺣﯽ ﻋﺼﻤﺖدﮐﺘﺮ     اﺳﺘﺎدان ﻣﺸﺎور  دﮐﺘﺮ ﻧﻮﺷﯿﻦ ﮐﻬﻦ  دﮐﺘﺮ ﯾﻮﻧﺲ ﺟﻬﺎﻧﯽ    ٨٩ﺷﻬﺮﯾﻮر      ﭼﮑﯿﺪه:آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﻓﻌﺎل  روش و ﯾﮏ  ﺗﻮﻓﯿﻖ اﺟﺒﺎری  ﯾﮏﺧﺼﻮﺻﺎ در آﻣﻮزش ﻣﺠﺎزی  ،ﺧﻮدراهﺒﺮی در ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮی  ﻣﻘﺪﻣﻪ:. هﺪف از ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮی ﺧﻮدراهﺒﺮ،  ﮔﯿﺮدد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻗﺮار ﻣﯽ، ﺑﻪ ﺷﮑﻠﯽ وﺳﯿﻊ ﻣﻮر ﺛﺮﻣﻮهﺎي آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﮐﻪ در ﻧﻈﺎم اﺳﺖﺑﻪ د ﻋﺘﻤﺎاﻳﺶ اﻓﺰاﻧﻬﺎﻳﺖ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ن و در ﻧﺸﺠﻮﻳﺎر داﺑﺘﻜﺎو اﻳﺘﻲ اهﺪدﺧﻮ ﺖيﻇﺮﻓدن ﺑﺎﻻ ﺑﺮو  ﻖيﻋﻤي ﺮيﮔدﻳﺎورش ﭘﺮه ﻨﺪﮐﻨﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﭘﯿﺎﻣﺪهﺎ و ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺗﺴﻬﯿﻞ ﭘﮋوهﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ  . هﺪف ازو  ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪﻧﻔﺲ ﺪﮔﺎه داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن دوره ﻣﺠﺎزی رﺷﺘﻪ آﻣﻮزش ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه هﺎی ﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ ﺷﻬﺮ ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮی ﺧﻮدراهﺒﺮ از دﯾ .ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ٧٩٣١ﺒﺎط  آن ﺑﺎ ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ آﻧﻬﺎ در ﺳﺎل رﺗا ﺗﻬﺮان وداﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن  ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﭘﮋوهﺶ آﻣﺎری ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻣﯽ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ ﻧﻮع از و ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﭘﮋوهﺶ ﻣﻮاد و روش هﺎ:در  ﻧﺸﮕﺎهﻬﺎی ﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ ﺷﻬﯿﺪ ﺑﻬﺸﺘﯽ،داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺗﻬﺮان،داﻧﺸﮕﺎه اﯾﺮان ﺷﻬﺮ ﺗﻬﺮانﮑﯽ ﻣﺠﺎزی داﺰﺷﭘ آﻣﻮزشاﺑﺰار ﮔﺮدآوری اﻃﻼﻋﺎت در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوهﺶ  ﻧﻔﺮ داﻧﺸﺠﻮ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ۵٠٢ﮐﻪ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ، ٨٩٣١-٧٩٣١ﺳﺎل ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ ﯿﻞ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ، ﮑﻤﺗ ﭘﺲ از اﺗﻤﺎم ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ اﺟﺮا و ، ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮی ﺧﻮدراهﺒﺮ ﺑﻮد.اﻃﻼﻋﺎت دﻣﻮﮔﺮاﻓﯿﮏﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ:  ، اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ٢٢ﻧﺴﺨﻪ  SSPSﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده هﺎ از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺠﺰﯾو  ١٧/٠٨±٩/٣۴ﻧﻤﺮه ﭘﯿﺎﻣﺪهﺎی ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮی ﺧﻮدراهﺒﺮ  ،ﯿﻦ و اﻧﺤﺮاف ﻣﻌﯿﺎرﻧﮕﯿﺎﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻣ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ:ط ﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻢ و ﺒﺎرﺗﺑﻮد. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ هﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ا ٠٧/٧٣±٠١/٠۶ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ و اﻧﺤﺮاف ﻣﻌﯿﺎر ﻧﻤﺮه ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺗﺴﻬﯿﻞ ﮐﻨﻨﺪهﯾﺎن ﺠﻮﻧﺸ، ﻧﻤﺮه ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻣﻌﺪل دا(≤٠/١٠٠٠)  ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داری ﺑﯿﻦ دو ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﭘﯿﺎﻣﺪهﺎ و ﺗﺴﻬﯿﻞ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه هﺎ وﺟﻮد داﺷﺖ، ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮهﺎی ﭘﯿﺎﻣﺪهﺎ، ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺗﺴﻬﯿﻞ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه و ٧١/٩٢±١/٧١ﮐﻪ ﻣﻼک  ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ ﺑﻮد    .ﺳﻦ و ﻣﻌﺪل ارﺗﺒﺎط ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داری وﺟﻮد داﺷﺖاﺳﺎس ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ هﺎ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﺮﻓﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺗﺴﻬﯿﻞ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ  ﺮﺑ ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮی:ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ، اﻣﮑﺎﻧﺎت وﺗﺠﻬﯿﺰات( ﭘﯿﺎﻣﺪهﺎی ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮی ﺧﻮدراهﺒﺮ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﺎ در ی ﻤﺎ)ﺟﺴﺘﺠﻮی هﺪاﯾﺖ ﺷﺪه ،اراﯾﻪ راهﻨ  ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮی ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد.آﻣﻮزش ﻣﺠﺎزی ﻧﯿﺰ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ و ﻣﻮﺟﺐ آﻣﻮزش ﻣﺠﺎزی، داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن آﻣﻮزش ، ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮی ﺧﻮدراهﺒﺮ ،اﻣﻞ ﺗﺴﻬﯿﻞ ﮐﻨﻨﺪهﻮﻋ ،ﭘﯿﺎﻣﺪهﺎﮐﻠﻤﺎت ﮐﻠﯿﺪی:   ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽAbstract Introduction: Self-direction in learning, especially in virtual education, is a compulsory success and an active teaching method .Self-directed learning is an educational method that is widely used in effective educational systems. The purpose of self-directed learning, the development of deep learning, and the increase of students' capacity and initiative ultimately, increase self-confidence and academic achievement of students. The purpose of this study to determine the outcomes and facilitating factors of self-directed learning and its relation with students’ achievement from the perspective of virtual MSc Medical Education students in Tehran University of Medical Sciences in 2018-19 Materials and Methods: This is a descriptive and analytical study. The statistical population of the study consists of students of virtual medical education of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, Tehran University, Iran University of Medical Sciences in Tehran during the academic year 1397-1398, which includes 205 students. The data gathering tool in this research was a questionnaire including demographic information, self-directed learning. After completion of the implementation and the questionnaire, SPSS software version 22 was used to analyze the data. Results: Based on the mean score and standard deviation, the self-directed learning outcomes score was 71/80 ± 9/43 and the mean and standard deviation of the facilitators was 70/37 ± 10/60. The findings showed that there was a direct and significant relationship between the two outcomes and facilitating  (0.0001), and the average score of students, which was the academic achievement criterion, was 17.29 ± 1.17 . There was a significant relationship between the variables of outcomes, facilitators, age and mean score. Conclusion: Based on the findings, it can be concluded, by increasing facilitating factors such as (guided search, presentation of study guide,facilities and equipment), self-directed learning outcomes, especially in virtual educationz and also it causes to increase more education improvement.
