    داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺰﺷﮑﻲ   ﮐﺮﻣﺎنوﺧﺪﻣﺎﺗﯽ ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺘﯽ درﻣﺎﻧﯽ     داﻧﺸﮑﺪه ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎری و ﻣﺎﻣﺎﯾﯽ رازی    ارﺷﺪ رﺷﺘﻪ ﻣﺸﺎوره در ﻣﺎﻣﺎﯾﯽ ﯽﭘﺎﯾﺎن ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﺟﻬﺖ درﯾﺎﻓﺖ درﺟﻪ ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳ    ﻋﻨﻮانو ﻋﺰت ﻧﻔﺲ زﻧﺎن ﺑﺎردار ﻣﺮاﺟﻌﻪ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﺑﻪ  ﯽروﯾﮑﺮد ﮔﺸﺘﺎﻟﺖ ﺑﺮ ﺧﺸﻮﻧﺖ ﺧﺎﻧﮕﺑﺎ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺸﺎوره   ٧٩٣١درﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺷﻬﺮ ﮐﺮﻣﺎن در ﺳﺎل ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺘﯽ ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ     ﺗﻮﺳﻂ  ﭘﺮﯾﻨﺎز ﻧﻮرﻣﺤﻤﺪی    اﺳﺘﺎد راهﻨﻤﺎ   ﮐﺘﺎﯾﻮن ﻋﻠﯿﺪوﺳﺘﯽ   ﻣﺸﺎور ﺎﺗﯿﺪاﺳ  ﺟﻬﺎﻧﯽﯾﻮﻧﺲ دﮐﺘﺮ  |  ﻋﺎﻃﻔﻪ اﺣﻤﺪیدﮐﺘﺮ    ٨٩٣١ﺷﻬﺮﯾﻮر      ﭼﻜﻴﺪه    رواﻧﺸﻨﺎﺳﺎن ﻗﺮارﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ  ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن و ،ﻳﻜﻲ از ﭘﺪﻳﺪه ﻫﺎي ﺧﺎﻧﻮادﮔﻲ ﻛﻪ اﻣﺮوزه ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻣﺤﻘﻘﺎن ﻣﻘﺪﻣﻪ و اﻫﺪاف:ﻋﺰت ﻧﻔﺲ از ﻣﻬﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺗﻌﺪﻳﻞ و  ﻳﺎ ﺑﻪ اﺻﻄﻼح ﺧﺸﻮﻧﺖ ﻣﺮدان ﻋﻠﻴﻪ زﻧﺎن در ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده اﺳﺖ درﺧﺎﻧﻮاده واﺳﺖ ﺧﺸﻮﻧﺖ  درﻣﻌﺮض ﺧﻄﺮﺗﺤﺖ ﺧﺸﻮﻧﺖ  دارﻧﺪ اﻣﺎ زﻧﺎن ﺑﺎردارﻫﻤﻪ زﻧﺎن درﻣﻌﺮض ﺧﺸﻮﻧﺖ ﻗﺮار  اﺳﺖ.اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ  -ﻛﻨﻨﺪه ﻓﺸﺎر رواﻧﻲﻣﻴﺎن روﻳﻜﺮدﻫﺎي رواﻧﺸﻨﺎﺳﻲ ﮔﺸﺘﺎﻟﺖ درﻣﺎﻧﻲ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻠﺖ ﺑﻬﺮه  زا ﻗﺮار دارﻧﺪ. ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮ   وﻋﻮارض ﺑﺎرداري زاﻳﻤﺎن و ﻣﺮگ و ﻣﻴﺮﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ  اي ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪﻟﺬا ﮔﻴﺮي از ﻓﻨﻮن آﺳﺎن ﺳﺎزي اﺣﺴﺎﺳﺎت درﻛﺎر ﺑﺎ ﮔﺮوﻫﻬﺎ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻗﺮارﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. .   اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺎردار زﻧﺎن وﻋﺰت ﻧﻔﺲ ﻣﺸﺎوره ﺑﺎ روﻳﻜﺮد ﮔﺸﺘﺎﻟﺖ ﺑﺮ ﺧﺸﻮﻧﺖ ﺧﺎﻧﮕﻲ زﻧﺎناﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ  ﺑﺎ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ اي ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﻴﺮي ﺧﻮﺷﻪ اي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ وﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻣﻮرد  روش ﻛﺎر:ﻧﻤﻮﻧـﻪ ﻫـﺎ از زﻧـﺎن  ﺑﺎﺷـﺪ. ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻋﺰت ﻧﻔـﺲ روزﻧﺒـﺮگ ﻣـﻲ  دﻣﻮﮔﺮاﻓﻴﻚ و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺧﺸﻮﻧﺖ ﺧﺎﻧﮕﻲ ﻣﺤﺴﻨﻲ ﺗﺒﺮﻳﺰي وﺗﻌـﺪاد ﺷـﺮﻛﺖ ﻛﻨﻨـﺪﮔﺎن ﺑـﺎ ﺷﺪ. ﻣﻴﻜﻨﻨﺪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺑﺎرداري ﻛﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺮاﻛﺰ ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺘﻲ درﻣﺎﻧﻲ ﺟﻬﺖ وﻳﺰﻳﺖ وﻛﻨﺘﺮل ﺑﺎرداري ﻣﺮاﺟﻌﻪ ﭘﻴﺶ ازﻣﻮن ﺑﻪ ﺳـﻮاﻻت  ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرتﺷﺪ ﻧﻔﺮ ﻣﻴﺒﺎﺷﺪوازﮔﺮوﻫﻬﺎ ﺧﻮاﺳﺘﻪ 06اﺣﺘﺴﺎب رﻳﺰش درﮔﺮوﻫﻬﺎي ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ وﻛﻨﺘﺮل ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﺎ ﮔﺬاﺷـﺘﻪ دﻗﻴﻘـﻪ اي  54ﺟﻠﺴﻪ  8ﺧﻠﻪ ﻃﻲﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﭘﺎﺳﺦ دﻫﻨﺪ وﺳﭙﺲ ﺟﻠﺴﺎت ﻣﺸﺎوره اي ﮔﺮوﻫﻲ ﺑﺮاي زﻧﺎن ﺑﺎردار ﮔﺮوه ﻣﺪا sspsازﺟﻤـﻊ اوري ﭘﺮﺳﺸـﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫـﺎ داده ﻫـﺎ ﺑـﺎ ﻧـﺮم اﻓـﺰار وﭘﺲ  ﭘﺲ ازﻣﻮن از ﻫﺮدو ﮔﺮوه ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ ﺟﻠﺴﻪ اﺧﺮ ودرﭘﺎﻳﺎنﺷﺪ   ﺪ.ﺷﭘﺮدازش وﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ وﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آﻧﺎﻟﻴﺰ وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ ﻛﻪ ﻣﺸﺎوره ﮔﺸﺘﺎﻟﺖ ﺳﺒﺐ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻧﻤﺮه ﻋﺰت ﻧﻔﺲ در ﮔﺮوه   :ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ( و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻧﻤﺮه ﺧﺸﻮﻧﺖ ﺧﺎﻧﮕﻲ در ﮔﺮوه ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻗﺒﻞ از =P 0/10ﺎﻫﺪ ﺷﺪ )ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﮔﺮوه ﺷ  (=P0/940ﻣﺸﺎوره ﺷﺪ. )ﺸﻮﻧﺖ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ زﻧﺎن ﺧﻋﺰت ﻧﻔﺲ را ﺑﺎﻻ ﺑﺮد وﻣﻴﺘﻮان  ﺑﺎ ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ زود ﻫﻨﮕﺎم در زﻧﺎن ﺑﺎردار ﺑﺎ ﻣﺸﺎوره ﮔﺸﺘﺎﻟﺖ  ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪ ﮔﻴﺮي:  داد.را ﻛﺎﻫﺶ  ﺑﺎردار:هژاو ﺪﻴﻠﻛ  .ﻲﻧﺎﻣرد ﺖﻟﺎﺘﺸﮔ ،يرادرﺎﺑ ،ﺲﻔﻧ تﺰﻋ ،ﻲﮕﻧﺎﺧ ﺖﻧﻮﺸﺧ  Abstract  Introduction and Objectives: One of the family phenomena that have been addressed to researchers , sociologists and psychologists is violence in the family or so - called male violence against women in the family and Self - esteem is one of the most important moderating factors of psychological - social pressure.  All women are subjected to violence.But pregnant women under violence exposition the risk and complications of pregnancy and more mortality Through the Gestalt psychology approaches, therapeutic psychological approaches have been attracted to the use of the techniques of simplifying the emotions with the groups.so a study aimed to investigate the impact of consultations with the Gestalt approach to domestic violence of pregnant women. Methods: The study was an intervention by using a random cluster sampling method using a demographic questionnaire and Mohseni Tabrizi home - based violence questionnaire and Rosenberg self - esteem questionnaire. Samples were selected from pregnant women who refer to health centers for visiting and Pregnancy control. The total number of participants included in the intervention and control groups was 60. The groups were asked to answer the questionnaire beforehand. Then eight group counseling sessions were held in forty - five minute for pregnant women in intervention group, and at the end of the last session  post-test was taken from both groups, after collecting the questionnaires data were analyzed by using SPSS software. Results: According to Chi-square and T-Test statistical tests, the two groups were homogeneous in terms of demographic variables such as age, spouse age, female education, and his wife, respectively, and Analysis of variance was determined that gestalt counseling increased the mean score of self-esteem in the intervention group compared to the control group.(p=0.01)and Also, the results of domestic violence in the intervention group were compared to before counseling.(p=0.049) Conclusion: According to the effect of Gestalt counseling on women's self-esteem and domestic violence, healthcare providers will be trained to use the Gestalt advice.
