本发明涉及一种高白度、缓释型无机纳米抗菌剂及其制备方法,无机纳米抗菌剂以纳米级羟基磷灰石Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2作为载体,加入抗菌金属盐,抗菌金属离子占总重量的1~8%,晶体呈圆粒状,抗菌金属离子进入羟基磷灰石的晶格中。其制备方法包括将含抗菌金属盐的硝酸钙溶液滴加到pH值为11-12的磷酸盐溶液中反应生成羟基磷灰石,陈化;用水漂洗沉淀和过滤,烘干,粉碎,高温煅烧,超细粉碎等。产品具有高白度、粒径微细和抗菌离子缓释性的特点,它可直接应用或者作为功能性添加物应用于纤维制品、塑料、白色家电、抗菌建材、水处理剂,或者船舶保护剂、土壤杀菌剂及抗菌木材等领域
