Se exponen las principales características del tratamiento psicoanalítico y las razones que llevan a un paciente a psicoanalizarse. Se despliegan y relacionan las nociones de conflicto psíquico, transferencia y encuadre, desde una concepción antropológica integradora y atendiendo a las dificultades que la práctica psicoanalítica debe sobrellevar pare efectivizarse.This paper exposes the main features of psychoanalytic treatment and the reasons that lead to a patient to psychoanalysis.
