Abstract
By demonstrating the example of a multinational company in Hungary, in this paper presents
some parts of the introduction of a TPM program. Since the Hungarian company conditions
show a significant difference compared with characteristics of the Western European
company environment, it was necessary to amplify the usual phases of the TPM introduction.
It seems that this presentation of our recommendations for different approaches to
the local situation Hungary will be usefull and practical for future use
