Libraries' Documents. 58. https://stars.library.ucf.edu/lib-docs/58   UNIVERSITY OF CENTRAL FLORIDA ROSEN COLLEGE OF HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT  PROCLAMATION  UNIVERSAL ORLANDO FOUNDATION LIBRARY WEEK  October 18-22, 2004  WHEREAS, libraries are the foundation and depositories of all knowledge; and   WHEREAS, the objective of the Universal Orlando Foundation Library at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management is to ensure that students and faculty are effective users of ideas and information; and  WHEREAS, the role of the Universal Orlando Foundation Library at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management is to provide the leadership and expertise necessary to ensure that the library is an integral part of the instructional programs in the college; and  WHEREAS, the Rosen College of Hospitality Management has entrusted the staff of the Universal Orlando Foundation Library at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management to teach the skills of locating and using academic and professional information through traditional resources and new technologies; and  WHEREAS, the Universal Orlando Foundation Library at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management through its numerous activities and programs contributes to the personal and professional growth and development of all hospitality management students, and  WHEREAS, the management and staff of the Universal Orlando Foundation Library at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management have performed their tasks above and beyond the call of duty;  NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Faculty of the Rosen College of Hospitality Management does hereby proclaim October18-22, 2004 as Universal Orlando Foundation Library Week in all of its programs and calls upon students, faculty, staff, administrators, and UCF citizens to recognize the many outstanding accomplishments of the management and staff of the Universal Orlando Foundation Library at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management.
