The development and practices of enhancing quality in higher education is one of the areas of the ongoing debate. Quality of education and its enhancement come at the forefront of all crucial issues in the context of increasing recognition of the role of higher education for national development. Universities in general, become complex in terms of expanding access and study programs and they depend on government for their full financial resources. These trends raise a concern about quality of education and thus lead to demand for accountability on the part of university. The study, being a descriptive survey, used both qualitative and quantitative approaches to data collection with a view to investigate the perception of teachers and students on the practices of educational quality enhancement in Dilla University.
