In the thirdcolumn, "two years" means successful completion with satisfactory grade-point average of one-half of the work required for a bachelor's degree,based on a four-year program of study at an accredited college or uni-versity. "Three years" refers to three-fourths of such a program and"degree" means the completion of It.
