Establish a regimen of PfSPZ Challenge with 
chloroquine, with Plasmodium falciparum 
sporozoites administered intravenously (IV), that:  
 
1. Is safe and well tolerated  
 
2. Provides consistent sterile protection against 
homologous and heterologous Controlled Human 
Malaria Infection (CHMI) in healthy adult subjects
