Abstract

The current study explores the Chinese society management system in which four systems work well to stabilize Chinese society until 90\u27s. Management staff were appointed mainly from university graduates and according to this system, management staff efficiently lead the state owned companies, non-profit organizations and governmental organizations. During 9O\u27s, the management staff system is reformed and divided into two new systems, a public official system and a labor contract system, in order to meet the market economy. Over a half of Chinese town registered citizen belongs to "Dan Wei"(work units such as state owned company, school, government office etc) and his or her personal file is kept at work unit to get various kind of allowance and to submit to the instructions from the government. "Dan Wei" system is still going to maintain but it\u27s function became more weaker now a days. The personal files of top leader, which are kept in digital data at government office becoming more important, but others\u27 are not used so often and it became less important then before. The town register system works well to prevent the major cities from unordered expansion. This paper also shows how "Dan Wei" system going to be according to the study of the Chinese sociology scholars, how the Chinese think of this system\u27s future existence and how this systems going to reform
