In the meanwhile, it aims to enlight methods, models and tools for the containment and the reduction of negative impacts of traffic, infrastructures and tourist flows on the environment, landscape and natural-cultural heritage, particularly in the most sensitive areas of South-East Europe. The landscape vision becomes the way to approach the analysis, interpretation and design. It requires a trans-scale dimension, moving from the local level, to the   environmental component,    the interested context and the model region.The final output is a “system of thinking” for the decision making processes in sensitive mountain landscapes.Roberto GambinoPlanner, Emeritus Professor of Territorial and Urban Planning at Polytechnic University of Turin, Italy. He has taught Territorial , Urban and Environmental Planning in several Italian and foreign uni-versities. He has been appointed Director and coordinator of Inter-national Association, Scientific Committees, Ph.D and Master ’s degree programs. Author and coordinator of a wide activity of scientific research and planning regarding urban, landscape and regional planning, and   National and   Regional Nature Parks plan-ning. He’s also Author of a great number of publications on these issues.Massimo SargoliniPlanner, professor of Urban Plan-ning at the School of Architec-ture and Design of the University of Camerino, Italy. He has taught landscape planning in several Italian and foreign universities. He has coordinated several inter-national researches on issues of regional and town planning, the links between parks and territory, natural and cultural resources, landscape and quality of life. He is the director and coordinator of a Master on Parks and Landscape, member and coordinator of sev-eral international teams, and he’s author of more than 200 publica-tions on these issues.
