冠動脈硬化と冠血管機能におけるプロスタグランジンD合成酵素の意義著者 松本 鉄也, 江口 豊, 堀江 稔発行年 2007-06その他の言語のタイトルRole of Lipocalin-Type Prostaglandin DSynthase on Coronary Atherosclerosis andVascular FunctionURL http://hdl.handle.net/10422/6418研究課題冠動脈硬化と冠血管機能におけるプロスタグランジン D合成酵素の意義課題番号: 17590726 平成 17年度一平成 18年度科学研究費補助金(基盤研究 (C)) 研究成果報告書????? ???? ? ?? ??『?? ??? ??? ??平成19年6月研究代表者松本鉄也滋賀医科大学医学部講師はしがきプロスタグランジンD2(PGD2)は、血小板凝集抑制、血管拡張および睡眠誘発など多様な生理作用を有する。リポカリン型PGD2合成酵素(L-PGDS)はヒトの冠動脈硬化巣に発現するが、 PGD2/L-PGDS系の冠血管機能における意義は不明である。そこで、われわれは冠動脈硬化を認めない患者に、血清L-PGDS値の測定と冠血管機能評価を施行し、冠血管機能と冠筆縮性狭心症(CSA)における L-PGDSの意義を検討した。冠動脈造影検査において、アセチルコリンを冠動脈に投与し、冠筆縮の有無、冠血管機能の評価を行なった。 ELISA法により測定した血清L-PGDS値は非 CSA群と比較し、 CSA群で有意に高値であった。喫煙率は非CSA群と比較し、CSA群で、有意に高値で、あったが、喫煙を補正しても同様の結果が得られた。 L-PGDS値は年齢、性、体格指数、糖尿病、高血圧、脂質値と関連を認めなかった。アセチルコリンの冠血管収縮作用と L-PGDS値の聞には有意な負の相関を認め、血清L-PGDS値は冠動脈の筆縮性を規定する有用な指標である可能性が示唆された。研究組織研究代表者:松本鉄也研究分担者:裏出良博研究分担者:江口豊研究代表者:塘工稔位旗医科央学医学部閉胸霞罵伊搾o(唄治大飯/ヰイオサイエンス研開斯、第2砂防音P俄績降快学医学部集榊白痴B位績酵快学医寺署E昭胸霞籍伊手o交付決定額(配分額) (金額単位:千円)直接経費 間接経費 合計平成 17年度 1，900 。 1，900 平成 18年度 1，500 。 1，500 総計 3，400 。 3，400 」研究発表(1)学会誌1.
