Abstract
Resumo: O artigo tem como tema O desmatamento e a Lei Ambiental. O desmatamento de áreas da vegetação é uma das atividades que contradiz diferentes legislações e, da qual se vê efeitos desastrosos alterando as condições de vida do planeta Terra. Traduz-se por um ato de derrubar ou por queimada de árvores de uma determinada região, que em regra trata-se de reservas naturais que tem por finalidade a agricultura, pecuária, dentre outras. O Direito ambiental tutela o Meio Ambiente e dispõe sobre os crimes e as penalidades aplicadas a estes destruidores do planeta. O objetivo do trabalho é definir tecnicamente o desmatamento, juntamente com seus processos ecológicos e modificações, apresentando a aplicação da legislação ambiental, utilizando-se da metodologia de pesquisa bibliográfica e dados sobre áreas desmatadas.Palavras Chave: Desmatamento; Direito Ambiental; Dano; Natureza. Abstract: the article has as its theme the deforestation and the Environmental Law. The deforestation of areas of vegetation is one of the activities that different laws and contradicts, which see disastrous effects by changing the conditions of life on the planet Earth. Means an act to overthrow or burned trees of a given region, which as a rule it is natural reserves that aims at the agriculture, livestock, among others. The environmental law safeguarding the environment and features about the crimes and the penalties imposed on these destroyers of the planet.
