This archive contains four different transcriptome assemblies. The "full" assembly was not reduced after annotation, and the other three (dm, tc, and combine) were reduced after annotation with BLAST through the program TransPS. They were annotated against Drosophila melanogaster, Tribolium castaneum, and a combination of both organisms, respectively
