This dataset reports socio-demographic and clinical data from a cohort of 451 patients beginning a long-acting antipsychotic medication. Patients were recruited in 35 Italian Community Psychiatric Services between December 2015 and May 2017. All variables and codes are explained in a legend within the excel file, with the exception of some masked variables
