Abstract
This article contains information on the theoretical-methodological research of the Institute of public procurement. The focus is on the consideration of the implementation of the priority tasks for the state contract system and the role in their solving that regional level of management can play. Opportunities in the sphere of state regulation, that Moscow, as the subject of the Federation, has, are educed in the article. The problem of transformation the existing contractual mechanisms for the formation of the model of public contract system, is studied.В статье проводится теоретико-методологическое исследование института государственных закупок. Основное внимание сосредоточено на рассмотрении реализации приоритетных задач государственной контрактной системы и той роли, которую может сыграть в их решении региональное звено управления. Выявлены возможности в сфере государственного регулирования, которыми обладает субъект Федерации - Москва. Исследована проблема трансформации существующих контрактных механизмов для формирования модели государственной контрактной системы
