El trabajo tiene como objetivo central analizar las principales particularidades que asume la interacción Estado-sociedad en la implementación de distintas políticas públicas estratégicas, con eje en programas socioproductivos y participativos - en la esfera local argentina reciente. En este marco, examina las intervenciones en algunos municipios importantes de la Región Metropolitana de Buenos Aires, atendiendo a las condiciones institucionales, sociopolíticas, territoriales y estilos de gestión imperantes. La consideración de políticas públicas locales y la trama de actores intervinientes y sus relaciones conforman, así, un campo de estudio a ser profundizado y, por ello, mediante la investigación busca caracterizar los rasgos distintivos que asumen estas cuestiones en los casos seleccionados.Palabras claves: Políticas estratégicas, Región Metropolitana de Buenos Aires, interacción Estado-sociedad.LOCAL MANAGEMENT, STATE-SOCIETY INTERACTION AND STRATEGIC POLICIES IN MUNICIPALITIES OF THEMETROPOLITAN REGION OF BUENOS AIRESAbstract: The study aims to analyze the main features which assume state-society interaction in the implementation ofdifferent policies with strategic public policies, with emphasis on socioproductive and participative – occurring in Argentinarecently.
