Import 26/06/2013Tématem této bakalářské práce je analýza konkurence hotelové restaurace Janak restaurant & bar, v prostředí čtyřhvězdičkových hotelových restaurací v městě Ostrava. Cílem je zhodnocení konkurenčního postavení restaurace a navržení doporučení ke zlepšení. Výzkumnou metodou, která je použita pro analýzu konkurence, je Mystery shopping. Tato metoda objektivně hodnotí všechny konkurenty na trhu čtyřhvězdičkových hotelových restaurací v Ostravě a zkoumá jejich dostupnost, vzhled a kvalitu poskytovaných služeb. Práce je rozdělena do dvou větších celků. První se věnuje charakteristice zvoleného trhu, a také teoretickému seznámení se s výzkumnou metodou. Druhá část je praktická a zabývá se samotnou analýzou konkurence. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení na zkvalitnění poskytovaných služeb a také na zlepšení konkurenčního postavení hotelové restaurace Janak restaurant & bar.The theme of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of competitiveness of hotel’s restaurant Janak restaurant & bar in the framework of the four-star hotels´ competitive setting in Ostrava. The aim of the dissertation is the assessment of the Janak restaurant & bar´s competitiveness followed by specific recommendations. Research method used for the analysis of competitiveness is mystery shopping, which objectively evaluates all competitors within the marketplace of four-star hotels in Ostrava and examines their accessibility, visual impact and quality of services provided. The work is divided into two main parts. The first one is focused on the selected marketplace, description of its key characteristics and introduction of the theoretical background of the research method. The second one is more practical and is dedicated to the analysis itself.
