This handbook will help guide faculty in their obligation to ensure educational opportunities for students with disabilities and to follow the Board of Governor's (i:iUli) policy (No. 11-14). I he handbook was created to provide claritication and procedures in a resource document. Be it resolved, that the Faculty Senate of Marshall University supports the distribution of the Faculty Handbook Students with Disabilities to all faculty. We so resolve.
