This study aims to analyze the production and logistics processes, aimed at a water bottling company, where its raw material is through thawing in the mountains of the Andes mountain ranges. Therefore, water is a natural resource responsible for the origin of life, too, is water that sustains, animals, plants, ie, is the basic requirement for sustaining the planet. It can be said that the shortage of water being global leadership is caused by environmental devastation and pollution of the planet. The fundamental question of this research is the logistics process for the distribution of this valuable natural resource to the world. Therefore, the industrialization of drinking water unites technological factors and logistics concepts emphasizing the operational strategy in place with interacting function between suppliers and customers. The current global scenario has required the responses from companies and fast and accurate decisions of its business in the pursuit of competitiveness.O presente trabalho tem por objetivo analisar os processos de produção e logística, voltado a uma empresa de envasamento de água, onde sua matéria prima se dá por meio descongelamento nas montanhas cordilheiras dos Andes. Sendo assim, a água é um recurso natural responsável pela origem da vida, também, é a água que dá sustentação, aos animais, as plantas, ou seja, é o requisito básico para a sustentação do planeta. Pode-se afirmar que a escassez de água que está sendo destaque mundial é provocada pela devastação ambiental e a poluição do planeta. A questão fundamental desta pesquisa é o processo de logística para a distribuição deste recurso natural valioso para o mundo. Portanto, a industrialização da água potável une fatores tecnológicos e conceitos de logística dando ênfase à estratégia no lugar operacional, com a função de interagir entre fornecedores e clientes. O atual cenário globalizado tem exigido das empresas respostas e decisões rápidas e precisas de seus negócios na busca da competitividade
