        ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻋﻠﻮم   و ﺧﺪﻣﺎت ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺘﯽ درﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﮐﺮﻣﺎن    داﻧﺸﮑﺪه/ﻣﺮﮐﺰ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎت ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎری و ﻣﺎﻣﺎﯾﯽ رازی    ﺟﺮاﺣﯽ –ﭘﺎﯾﺎن ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﻘﻄﻊ ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ارﺷﺪ رﺷﺘﻪ ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎری داﺧﻠﯽ       ﻋﻨﻮانﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﯽ ﺑﺮ اﻓﺴﺮدﮔﯽ و اﺿﻄﺮاب ﺳﺎﻟﻤﻨﺪان  درﻣﺎﻧﯽ راﯾﺤﻪﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺎﺳﺎژ   ﻣﻘﯿﻢ  ۷۹۳۱ﺷﻬﺮ ﮐﺮﻣﺎن در ﺳﺎل ﺳﺮای ﺳﺎﻟﻤﻨﺪان       ﺗﻮﺳﻂ  ﺷﯿﻤﺎ ﻣﻬﺮاﺑﯿﺎن    اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ راﻫﻨﻤﺎ  ﻣﻨﺼﻮره ﻋﺰﯾﺰزاده ﻓﺮوزی- دﮐﺘﺮﺑﺘﻮل ﺗﯿﺮﮔﺮی    اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ ﻣﺸﺎور  دﮐﺘﺮ ﯾﻮﻧﺲ ﺟﻬﺎن- دﮐﺘﺮ ﻫﺎﻟﻪ ﺗﺎج اﻟﺪﯾﻨﯽ    (۸۹ ﺗﯿﺮﺳﺎل ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ)    ﭼﮑﯿﺪه:اﻏﻠﺐ اﺧﺘﻼﻻت ﺧﻠﻘﯽ ﺳﺎﻟﻤﻨﺪان ﺑﻪ دﻟﯿـﻞ ﻧـﺎﺗﻮاﻧﯽ و ﮐﻤﺒﻮدﻫـﺎی اﯾـﻦ ﻣﻘﺪﻣﻪ و ﻫﺪف: ﯾﮑـﯽ از ﺷـﺎﺧﻪ ﻫـﺎی  درﻣـﺎﻧﯽ راﯾﺤـﻪ .ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت اﻓﺴﺮدﮔﯽ و اﺿﻄﺮاب ﺑﺮوز ﻣﯽ ﮐﻨﺪ دوره، اﺳﺘﻨﺸـﺎﻗﯽ و ﻣﺎﺳـﺎژ راﯾﺤـﻪ  ﮐﻪ دو ﺷـﯿﻮه ﻣﺮﺳـﻮم آن راﯾﺤـﻪ درﻣـﺎﻧﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ؛ ﻃﺐ ﻣﮑﻤﻞ ﻣﯽاﻓﺴـﺮدﮔﯽ آن ﻣـﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳـﯽ ﺑﺮﺧﯽ از ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت اﺛـﺮ ﺿﺪاﺿـﻄﺮاب و ﺿﺪ و در درﻣﺎﻧﯽ اﺳﺖﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑـﻪ ﻣﻨﻈـﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳـﯽ ﺗـﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺎﺳـﺎژ راﯾﺤـﻪ درﻣـﺎﻧﯽ ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒـﯽ ﺑـﺮ  ﻗﺮار  اﻓﺴﺮدﮔﯽ و اﺿﻄﺮاب ﺳﺎﻟﻤﻨﺪان ﻣﻘﯿﻢ ﺳﺮای ﺳﺎﻟﻤﻨﺪان اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ.ﺎﻣﻌـﻪ ﺑـﻮد ﮐـﻪ روی ﺟاز ﻧﻮع دو ﮔﺮوﻫـﻪ ای ﯿﻖ ﯾﮏ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪاﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘ :ﻫﺎروش ﻫـﺎیﻧﻔﺮ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. اﻓﺮاد ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ در ﯾﮑﯽ از ﮔﺮوه ۸۳ﻣﻌﺎدل  ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﺳﺎﻟﻤﻨﺪان و درﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎ اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده از ﺗﺮﮐﯿـﺐ  ﻣﺎﺳﺎژ راﯾﺤﻪﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ  )ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ ﯾﺎ ﮐﻨﺘﺮل( ﻗﺮارآوری اﺑﺰار ﺟﻤﻊﮔﺮﻓﺖ. اﻧﺠﺎم اﺳﻄﻮﺧﺪوس، ﺑﺎﺑﻮﻧﻪ و رزﻣﺎری ﺑﺮای ﮔﺮوه ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ  ﻫﺎیروﻏﻦاﺿـﻄﺮاب و اﻓﺴـﺮدﮔﯽ  ﻓـﺮم ﺛﺒـﺖ ﻣﺸﺨﺼـﺎت دﻣﻮﮔﺮاﻓﯿـﮏ و ﭘﺮﺳﺸـﻨﺎﻣﻪت ﺷـﺎﻣﻞ اﻃﻼﻋـﺎﻫﺎی ﻣﮑﺮر ﻗﺒﻞ از ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ، اﻧﺘﻬﺎی ﻫﻔﺘﻪ ﺳﻮم، اﺑﺘـﺪای ﮔﯿﺮیﺷﯿﻮه اﻧﺪازهﺑﺎ ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ  ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎﻧﯽ اﻓـﺰار وارد ﻧـﺮم آوریﭘـﺲ از ﺟﻤـﻊ ﻫـﺎداده .ﺗﮑﻤﯿﻞ ﮔﺮدﯾـﺪﻫﻔﺘﻪ ﭘﻨﺠﻢ و اﻧﺘﻬﺎی ﻫﻔﺘﻪ ﻫﻔﺘﻢ ﻣﺮﮐـﺰی، ﭘﺮاﮐﻨـﺪﮔﯽ و  ﻫـﺎیاز ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎﺗﻮﺻﯿﻒ داده ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮای ۲۲ﻧﺴﺨﻪ  SSPS آﻣﺎریﺗـﯽ ﻣﺴـﺘﻘﻞ و  آﻣـﺎری ﻫـﺎیﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴـﻪ دو ﮔـﺮوه از آزﻣـﻮنﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﻌﺪاد و درﺻﺪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. رﮔﺮﺳـﯿﻮن ﺧﻄـﯽ و روش ﻣﻌـﺎدﻻت ﺑـﺮآورد  وآﻧـﺎﻟﯿﺰ ﮐﻮارﯾـﺎﻧﺲ ، ﮐﺎی و آزﻣﻮن ﻓﯿﺸﺮﻣﺠﺬور  ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ.ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ  ( در 50.0<pﻣﯿﺰان ﻣﻌﻨﺎداری )  ﺗﻌﻤﯿﻢ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ۴/۶۰ﺑﺎ ﺑﮑﺎرﮔﯿﺮی ﻣﺎﺳﺎژ راﯾﺤﻪ درﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ اﺿﻄﺮاب در ﮔﺮوه ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ از ﻫﺎ: ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪداری ﮐـﺎﻫﺶ ﯾﺎﻓـﺖ. ﺑﻌـﺪ از ﻣﺪاﺧﻠـﻪ ﺑﻄـﻮر ﻣﻌﻨـﯽ ۴/۳۴± ۰/۸۶ ﻗﺒﻞ از ﻣﺪاﺧﻠـﻪ ﺑـﻪ  ۱۱/۴۹± زا ﻦﯿﮕﻧﺎﯿﻣ ﺰﯿﻧ ﯽﮔدﺮﺴﻓا درﻮﻣ رد ﻦﯿﻨﭽﻤﻫ۲/۳ ±۹۴/۹  ﻪﺑ۷۳/۰  ±۵/۲ ﯽـﻣ نﺎـﺸﻧ ﻪـﮐ ﺪﯿﺳر-ا ﻦﯿﮕﻧﺎﯿﻣ ،ﺪﻫدﯾﺎﻘﻣ رد ﺰﯿﻧ ﯽﮔدﺮﺴﻓﯽﻨﻌﻣ یرﻮﻄﺑ ﻪﻠﺧاﺪﻣ زا ﻞﺒﻗ  ﺎﺑ ﻪﺴ ﻪـﺘﻓﺎﯾ ﺶﻫﺎـﮐ یرادﺖﺳا )p<0.0001.(   و ﺚﺤﺑ:یﺮﯿﮔ ﻪﺠﯿﺘﻧ ﯽـﻣ ار ناﺪﻨﻤﻟﺎـﺳ ﯽﮔدﺮـﺴﻓا و باﺮﻄـﺿا ژﺎـﺳﺎﻣ شور ﺎـﺑ ناﻮـﺗ ﺖـﯿﻔﯿﮐ نآ لﺎـﺒﻧد ﻪـﺑ و داد ﺶﻫﺎـﮐ دراد لﺎﺒﻧد ﻪﺑ یﺮﺘﻤﮐ ضراﻮﻋ و ﻪﻨﯾﺰﻫ ﻪﮐ ﯽﻧﺎﻣرد ﻪﺤﯾارﺮﺑ یﺮﺘﻬﺑ ﯽﮔﺪﻧزﺳآ ﺮﺸﻗ ﻦﯾا یاﭗﯿﻮﻤﻧ ﻢﻫاﺮﻓ ﺮﯾﺬﭘ.د   :یﺪﯿﻠﮐ تﺎﻤﻠﮐﯽﮔدﺮﺴﻓا، ﻧﺎﻣرد ﻪﺤﯾار ژﺎﺳﺎﻣ ،باﺮﻄﺿاﺪﻨﻤﻟﺎﺳ ،ﯽنا  Abstract: Background and Objectives: Most mood disorders in elderlies are characterized by depression and anxiety because of their disabilities. Aromatherapy is one of the branches of complementary and alternative medicine; the two most commonly used methods of which are inhalation aromatherapy and aromatherapy massage.This study investigated the effect of Aromatherapy massage on the depression and anxiety of elderly adults living in nursing homes. Methods: This study was interventional, in which population were the elderly adults living in a nursing home. The sample consisted of 38 people (19 in each group) who were selected by convenience method and randomly assigned into two groups (intervention or control). The intervention included aromatherapy massage using the combination of lavender, chamomile and rosemary oils for the Intervention group. The data collection tools including demographic questionnaires, the Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale were completed with repeated measurements before the intervention, at the end of the third week, at the beginning of the fifth week and at the end of the seventh week. Data were entered into SPSS19 and analyzed using central, dispersion indices, frequency and percentage, Chi-Square, Fisher, Independent t-test, and Covariance analysis, Linear regression, and Generalized estimating equation. The significance level was considered 0.05. Results: According to the results, mean anxiety in the intervention group reached from 11.94 ± 4.06 to 4.43 ± 0.68, and the mean depression reached from 9.94 ± 3.2 to 2.5 ± 0.73, indicating that anxiety and depression significantly reduced compared with before intervention (p <0.0001). Conclusion: Anxiety and depression of the elderly can be reduced by using the Aromatherapy Massage, which is a low-cost and non-invasive method, and subsequently a better quality of life can be provided for this vulnerable group.
