In this work, we made a historical-discursive exposition of the black social actors and the religious festivals known by Ciclo do Marabaixo. Thus, this research is based on the Critical Discourse Analysis (ACD), especially on the theoretical and methodological assumptions of Norman Fairclough (2016). We analyze various discursive materialities in which the black subjects discursived and are discursived, for example: media articles, law and music lyrics. We describe analytically that the social actors maintained resistance before some repressive actions of the State and of the Catholic Church in silencing the black subjects and the Ciclo do Marabaixo of Macapá, in the state of Amapá. We have recorded some social struggles of the black subjects over the centuries and the recognition of the Ciclo do Marabaixo by the State and the Church at the beginning of the XXI century.Neste trabalho, fizemos uma exposição histórico-discursiva dos atores sociais negros e dos festejos religiosos conhecidos por Ciclo do Marabaixo. Assim, esta pesquisa está calcada na Análise Crítica do Discurso (ACD), especialmente nos pressupostos teóricos e metodológicos de Norman Fairclough (2016). Analisamos variadas materialidades discursivas em que os sujeitos negros discursivizam e são discursivizados, como exemplo: matérias jornalísticas midiáticas, lei e letra de música. Descrevemos analiticamente que os atores sociais mantiveram resistência diante de algumas ações repressoras do Estado e da Igreja Católica em silenciar os sujeitos negros e o Ciclo do Marabaixo de Macapá, no estado do Amapá. Registramos algumas lutas sociais dos sujeitos negros ao longo dos séculos e o reconhecimento do Ciclo do Marabaixo pelo Estado e pela Igreja no início do século XXI
