La relación de dos factores que inciden en el rendimiento escolar de los alumnos del primer nivel de la carrera de Ingeniería Química Industrial de la ESIQIE – IPN

Abstract

El presente trabajo es un estudio de dos factores del rendimiento escolar. Se realizó con alumnos de primer nivel de la carrera Ingeniería Química Industrial, de la Escuela Superior de Ingeniería Química e Industrias Extractivas, del Instituto Politécnico Nacional. El objetivo fue determinar la relación entre el rendimiento escolar y el turno en el que cursan los alumnos; y la relación entre el rendimiento escolar y los ingresos familiares. Se aplicó un cuestionario a 110 alumnos. la investigación es descriptiva, relacional, con perspectiva sociopedagógica. Su diseño es observacional – cuantitativo, transversal. El análisis estadístico fue bivariado. Los datos se procesaron para obtener cifras estadísticas en el programa IBM SPSS Statistics. Con los resultados se determinó la relación entre las varíales para cada alumno y su rendimiento escolar. La prueba estadística fue Chi Cuadrado de independencia. Se concluye la relación entre los dos factores analizados y el rendimiento escolar.The present work is a study of two factors of school performance. It was carried out with first level students of the Industrial Chemical Engineering career, of the Higher School of Chemical Engineering and Extractive Industries, of the National Polytechnic Institute.
