PENGARUH METODE FONIK TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN KEMAMPUAN MEMBACA PERMULAAN ANAK KELOMPOK A

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode fonik terhadap kemampuan membaca permulaan anak kelompok A di TK Rina Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Pre Experimental Design dan jenis penelitian One Group Pre-Test Post-Test Design. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 24 anak kelompok A TK Rina Surabaya. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik non parametrik uji jenjang bertanda Wilcoxon. Hasil uji jenjang bertanda Wilcoxon menunjukkan Thitung adalah 0 dan Ttabel adalah 82 dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Dimana Thitung < Ttabel yaitu 0 < 82, sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Simpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode fonik terhadap kemampuan membaca permulaan anak Kata Kunci: Metode fonik, Kemampuan membaca permulaan.   Abstract This quantitative research was aimed to find know the influence of phonic method toward beginning reading ability to gourp A children in TK Rina Surabaya. This research was using a quantitative approach of research with the design of research is Pre Experimental Design and type research is One Group Pre-Test Post-Test Design. The subjects of research are 24 children in group A at TK Rina Surabaya. The data collection techniques were observation and documentation. The data analysis used statistic non parametric with Wilcoxon’s match pair test. The result of Wilcoxon’s match pair test indicated Tcount was 0 and Ttable was 82 with significant level 5%. Tcount < Ttable i.e. 0 < 82, so ho was refused and Ha was accepted. The research conclusion indicated that there was significant influence among phonic method toward children’s beginning reading ability. Keywords: Phonic method, the ability to read the beginning
