La presente investigación es de tipo no experimental ya que se realiza sin
manipular ninguna variable, se observan los hechos en su contexto real, teniendo
como objetivo general incrementar el compromiso organizacional dentro de la
empresa INMAC del distrito de San Isidro. La muestra comprende a 40
colaboradores tanto de sexo masculino como femenino. Se utilizó el cuestionario
organizacional de Meyer y Allen (CCO), adaptado a la población peruana por
(Montoya, 2014), que tiene como objetivo dar a conocer el tipo de compromiso
organizacional que los sujetos muestran con la organización donde laboran. Los
resultados fueron que existe un valor de 62.45 que se clasifica como media, un
valor mínimo de 51 que se clasifica como baja, y un valor máximo de 71 que se
clasifica como alta. En cuanto al compromiso afectivo, el 52,5% de los
trabajadores presentan un nivel favorable, y el 47,5% de los trabajadores
presentan un nivel muy favorable. El resultado del compromiso de continuidad
arroja un 15,0% de los trabajadores que presentan un nivel desfavorable, un
82,5% de los trabajadores presentan un nivel favorable y un 2.5% de los
trabajadores presentan un nivel muy favorable. Finalmente, en cuanto al
compromiso normativo el 72,5% de los trabajadores presentan un nivel
desfavorable, y un 27,5% de los trabajadores presentan un nivel favorable. En
los resultados se observan bajos porcentajes, por esa razón es necesario realizar
el programa de intervención para incrementar el compromiso organizacional.The following research is non experimental because it is done without
manipulating any variable, the facts are observed in their real context, having as
a general objective to increase the organizational commitment within the INMAC
company of San Isidro district. The sample consisted of 40 employees, both male
and female. We used the Meyer and Allen organizational questionnaire (CCO),

the type of organizational commitment that subjects show with the organization

workers present a favorable level, and 47.5% of the workers present a very
favorable level. The result of the commitment of continuity shows 15.0% of the
workers that present an unfavorable level, 82.5% of the workers present a
favorable level and 2.5% of the workers present a very favorable level. Finally, in
terms of regulatory commitment, 72.5% of workers have an unfavorable level,
and 27.5% of workers have a favorable level. In the results, low percentages are
observed, for this reason it is necessary to carry out the intervention program to
increase the organizational commitment
