La memoria, la comprensión hermenéutica como relato que ayude a reconstruir la realidad sobre fundamentos de lo que ocurrió y de lo que pudo ocurrir y no ocurrió; y, la justicia fundada en el sufrimiento de las víctimas, tiene que ser la justicia que se diseñe y construya en los regímenes que intenten superar situaciones de terror generalizado. Solamente se pueden superar situaciones de catástrofes en una sociedad, si esa sociedad mira hacia el pasado con la finalidad de hacer justicia con las víctimas del pasado. El futuro prometido como justo, tiene que ser construido necesariamente saldando cuentas con el pasado; de lo contrario, el futuro se construirá sin base ética, sin aprender de las injusticias pasadas, y la óptima manera de aprender del pasado para construir un futuro justo, es aplicando la justicia hacia el pasado pensando en la justicia futura. ABSTRACTThe memory, the hermeneutic understanding as a narrative that helps rebuild the reality of the foundations of what happened, what could had happened but hadn’t; and the justice based on the suffering of the victims, has to be the way of justice design and build in the regimes that try to overcome the situations of generalized terror. The only way to overcome the disaster situations in a society is if this society looks back in order to make justice to the victims in the past. The future promised as fair, has to be built setting things straight to the past; otherwise, the future will be built without ethics, without learning from past injustices, and the best way to learn from the past to built a fair future is to apply the justice to the past thinking of future justice.
