STRATEGI PERUSAHAAN DAERAH AIR MINUM KABUPATEN MAGETAN DALAM PEMENUHAN KEBUTUHAN AIR BERSIH

Abstract

The tendency during the dry season arrives in several regions of Indonesia experienced kekuangn clean water, for example in the region Magetan. Therefore, taps ofMagetan as one form of government enterprises that carry out public services / services in terms of meeting water needs for the community are required to have a strategy to respond to these conditions. It is because the clean water is vital to community needs and meeting the needs of clean water for the community will be able to improve the welfare of the community that includes aspects of social, economic, and health. The purpose of this study was to determine strategies of Magetan taps in fulfilling the need of clean water. By using the identification of internal and external factors, it will get the strategic issues and subsequent measurement scale of priorities of strategic issues by using litmus test and then obtain the most strategic issues. After that generated the strategies that will be used by the PDAM of Magetan in fulfilling the need of clean water for the community. This study uses descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques used were interviews, document analysis and observation. Determination of respondents in this study using a purposive sampling method. Dukumen study conducted to document and handbooks related to research. Observation of direct observation on the condition of the PDAM ofMagetan. The validity of data used is data triangulation that is examining similar data from various sources. Analysis techniques to data analysis are interactive with the analysis component of data reduction, data and conclusion. Results from this study show that the resulting strategy is to improve the quality of human resources with the support of government in the implementation of SPAM (Water Supply System), with the program strategy as follows: 1. General plan of education and training for medium-term and long term. 2. Formulate an objective criterion in promotion and career structure. 3. Conducting comparative study and collaboration with other taps more advanced
