Satisfactory of performance in machinery particularly in automotive shall be depending on several subjects, one of them is dealing with carbon crusted within cylinder block that it may reduce its power efficiency. The objective of this study is to determine its theoretical analysis for cleansing out its carbon crusted of block cylinder in Innova gasoline vehicle automotive using carbon clean method. This research adopted applicable carbon cleansing liquid into injector unit and there cleansing out trust available on cylinder block and in injector unit. The product-out resulted by cylinder block and injector is going to effect consumption rate of fuel and to lead volumetric efficiency. In the result of analysis in comparison can be seen the difference of consumption rate of fuel (sfc) 27.0538 gram/kw-hour with volumetric efficiency (ηv ) got 100% in a standard operation, while the consumption rate of fuel (sfc) 30.2652 gram/kw-hour with volumetric efficiency ((ηv) of 98.4% in course prior the carbon is cleaned up, and its consumption rate of specific fuel (sfc) 27.4772 gram/kw-hour with volumetric efficiency with (ηv) 99.43% in course after got carbon cleaned up
