Abstract
Este trabajo plantea una revisión de temas relevantes en la poesía de Giovanni Quessep como el dolor y la belleza, la culpa y la expiación y la búsqueda del jardín (reino simbólico) que esconde una verdad: una verdad que el poeta pretende develar. Por otra parte, se rastrean los elementos clásicos y de origen árabe que tienen fuerte presencia en su propuesta estética. ABSTRACT This paper revises outstanding topics within the poetry of Giovanni Quessep such as pain and beauty, guilt and expiation, the search of the garden (symbolic kingdom) that hides a truth, a truth that the poet attempts to reveal. On the other hand, it studies the traces of the classical elements and the ones of Arabic origin which have a strong presence in his aesthetic proposal.
