Abstract

While sterilization baglog still use a drum oil, capacity is restricted to 75 baglog once the process, heat much to lose wasted so temperature sterilization not maximal, need a very long time around 9 hours , and fuel requirements lpg more.Products baglog produced is quite unique ie baglog without ring, with an excess of resistant to danger foul.The target activities devotion this is the establishment of a unit of machine printer baglog with capacity 100 baglog per hour and a means of sterilization baglog energy efficient with capacity 450 once the process. The method is printer engine with the crankshaft made a double with propulsion 1 hp electric motor that is passed through a reduser, thus produced the press are high. The plan is to implement the plan is to separate the baglog indirectly on boiling water, but a separate water vapor () baglog fungus with a steamer .Steamer used to apply the pipeline fire, with excess heat absorbed by the waste and heat very small environment
