INFLUENCE OF HIGH-TEMPERATURE PROCESSING ON LUMINESCENT PROPERTIES OF MONOCLINIC ZIRCONIUM OXIDE

Abstract

The cathodo- and thermoluminescence of samples of monoclinic zirconium oxide (ZrO2) under the influence of annealing in a reducing carbon medium was studied. As a result, it can be seen that this annealing leads to an increase in the luminescence intensity. The results may indicate an increase of the number of oxygen vacancies
