AGROBACTERIUM-MEDIATED TRANSFORMATION OF BIRCH AND ANALYSIS OF BAR GENE EXPRESSION

Abstract

One way of generation forms of woody plants with new char­acteristic is genetic transformation. The number of agrobacterial transforma­tion was carried out for creation forms with gene bar. Transgenic birch lines with resistance to phosphinothricin were received firstly
