Physical fitness needed for daily activity and cardiovascular endurance is one of the most important component of physical fitness and physical work capacity. Many factors influence cardiovascular endurance. The study revealed that the physical fitness within the group analysis showed 45.3 % are in good categories. In addition it was known that the average of their age was 30.26 ± 4.88 years, the nutritional status based in BMI showed 75.2% to be normal. The result of bivariate analysis showed that the variables related significantly to physical fitness were, age, BMI, the triglicerides and the HDL cholesterol contents and the diastolic blood pressure. Based on the results of the study the researchers suggested to use other variables appropriate with the theory and a heterogenous population in order to gain a better understanding of the factors which influence physical fitness
