Abstract

Se pretende relacionar los hechos legislativos más importantes que se pusieron en funcionamiento con el fin de regular el patrimonio nacional y controlar el coleccionismo de las obras artísticas procedentes de Itálica prácticamente desde el siglo XVIII, momento en el que se tiene constancia de las primeras excavaciones oficiales realizadas en el lugar, además de los sucesos que más dañaron al yacimiento como los expolios y autorizaciones de explotación de las ruinas, hasta el primer tercio del siglo XX, destacando así mismo a las figuras más importantes que protagonizaron episodios tanto de protección como de excavación y coleccionismo.It is intended to relate the most important legislative acts that were put into operation in order to regulate the national patrimony and control collecting the from artistic works of Italica practically since the eighteenth century, at which certainty it is the first official excavations made on site, in addition to the events that more damaged the site as the spoils and operating permits from the ruins, until the first third of the twentieth century, highlighting it to the most important figures who starred episodes both protection and excavation and collecting
