We study charmonium (ccˉnnˉ), bottomonium (bbˉnnˉ) and
exotic (ccnˉnˉ and bbnˉnˉ) four-quark states by means of a
standard non-relativistic quark potential model. We look for possible bound
states. Among them we are able to distinguish between meson-meson molecules and
